Training of Trainer

Mayora believes in the motto “Every leader is a trainer”, meaning every leader needs to have the ability to give training.  Therefore Mayora holds Training sessions frequently.

For example,on 2 December 2011, 30 participants joined this training conducted at Mayora Distribution Center.

After completing this training, every participant was assigned to a specific task, to give a training on their work location based on their area of expertise.
